The easiest way to sell trading cards online.
Upload the whole stack. CardPilot identifies every card, writes the eBay title, and puts live market comps beside it. You set the price, click List, and the batch is on eBay.
100 free listings a month. No credit card. Works on eBay US, UK, AU, CA, DE and 8 more sites.

From a stack of cards to live eBay listings in three screens.
Step 1
Upload a stack
Drop in the whole batch from your phone or scanner — there's no cap. Fronts and backs pair automatically, so 500 photos becomes 250 listings.

Step 2
Review in one table
Every card comes back identified with set and collector number, a finished eBay title, and the live market price beside your price field. Low-confidence matches are flagged, so you only check what needs checking.

Step 3
Publish to eBay
One click lists the whole batch with your shipping, return, and payment policies applied. Prefer File Exchange? Download the CSV instead.

Built for sellers who list in bulk.
The details that take the time when you list 200 cards by hand are handled on every row.
- Titles written for search
- Per-collection templates with name, set, number, condition, language, and year. Every title follows the same format.
- Item specifics filled in
- Game, set, card number, rarity, condition, language, and grading fields mapped to eBay's item specifics on every listing.
- Your eBay site, your currency
- List to any of 13 eBay marketplaces — US, AU, UK, DE, CA, FR, IT, ES, NL, NZ, AT, CH, IE — with market prices shown in that site's currency.
- Combine into existing listings
- Listing a card you already have live? Add quantity to the matching eBay listing instead of creating a duplicate.
- Graded slabs
- Photograph PSA, CGC, or BGS slabs. CardPilot reads the grader, grade, and cert number and fills the graded item specifics.
- Japanese Pokémon
- A separate detection pipeline for Japanese sets, producing the English titles buyers actually search for.
- Bulk edit
- Change condition, price, or quantity across selected rows at once. Fix a batch of 500 without opening each card.
- Description templates
- Write your store policies and boilerplate once and reuse them on every listing.

Every major game, plus graded slabs.
Each game runs its own detection pipeline tuned to that game's sets and variants.
- Pokémon (English)

- Pokémon (Japanese)

- Disney Lorcana

- One Piece Card Game

- Yu-Gi-Oh!

- Magic: The Gathering

- Riftbound

- Gundam Card Game

- Dragon Ball Super: Fusion World

- Digimon Card Game

- PSA, CGC, BGS slabs
Then it keeps track.
Once listed, every card becomes an inventory item with a SKU, quantity, and its eBay status synced back — active, ended, sold. You know what's in the binder and what's on the marketplace without a spreadsheet.
- eBay status synced to every card
- SKUs and quantities per lot
- Export for other marketplaces

How accurate is the card identification?
On clear phone or scanner photos, CardPilot reads the card name, set, and collector number directly from the image and matches it to the catalog. Each match shows a confidence indicator, and anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged for you to confirm before it goes anywhere.
What happens when a match is wrong?
Click the search icon on the row, pick the right card from the catalog, and the title, specifics, and price update. Nothing is published until you choose to publish, so a wrong match never reaches eBay.
Is it safe to connect my eBay account?
CardPilot connects through eBay's official OAuth flow — you sign in on eBay's site and we never see your password. Listings are created with the shipping, return, and payment policies already on your account, and you can revoke access from eBay at any time.
Which eBay sites does it work with?
13 marketplaces: eBay US, AU, UK, DE, CA, FR, IT, ES, NL, NZ, AT, CH, IE. Pick your site once in settings and CardPilot lists there, applies that site's item specifics, and shows market prices in its currency.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. CardPilot is a flat subscription: Free for 100 listings a month, or Pro at $10/month for unlimited. Your eBay fees are unchanged and we never touch your payouts.
Does it work with graded cards?
Yes. Photograph PSA, CGC, or BGS slabs and CardPilot extracts the grader, grade, and certification number, then fills the graded item specifics eBay expects.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan includes 100 listings a month with full identification, every supported game, eBay publishing, and CSV export. Upgrade to Pro when you need more volume, and cancel any time from settings.
